A new edition piece SUPER VIDEO GAME 2 🍄⭐️🍒 is a celebration and a tribute to one of the best video games of all time. The whole surreal vibe and aesthetic of this game is completely burned into my brain. From the masterfully quirky music, to picking up radishes and throwing them at enemies, to dropping potions and entering magical doorways into other dimensions and mysterious worlds with incredible music I am taken away. I originally created this piece as a submission to the Beeple “Select Start” art show event.
This piece reflects a video game that had a big impact on me creatively and maybe just in life in general and is very nostalgic and I wanted to celebrate that in an art piece in my own style and share it with others who might feel the same way.
